Their once was a man with an impossible dream
I see a city in the middle of this desert you see

Imagine all major cities on this empty desert in front of thee
With no oil or riches you are reaching for an impossible dream
Impossible, no my men a reality this will be. You just cant see
I see water, lots and lots of water does that sound like a dream
Sir this is a desert without any rain, its impossible please see
Enough, I say enough, no more of this impossible dream
You see desert and I see a dream, now open your eyes and you shall see
Look there it will be the highest tower in the world now that’s what I mean
I will build communities in water, above land and on land as far as the eye can see
This will be a first world country, and that my friends is a possible dream
People will come from far away to help me build this city I see
Sir there will be war and they will take it away, sir do you understand what we mean
We will live in peace and harmony and war it will never be for this is a reality you’ll see
My family has looked after my people for centuries past , you all have seen
I will take care of my people and create a future and prospect for centuries to be
Now lets take hand so that the world can see
